Graham Construction builds beautiful views into Alysen Place
Construction manager Graham Construction & Engineering Inc. is building the concrete-and-steel Alysen Place project for owner Pilot Pacific Developments Inc.
Designed by Chandler Associates Architecture, the building features floor-to-ceiling windows; large decks for maximum views; a courtyard with swimming pool and hot tub; an on-site concierge; and a studio guest suite for visitors.
Consultants include Weiler Smith Bowers (structural engineer); Ryal Consulting Engineers (mechanical engineer); and Falcon Engineering Ltd. (electrical engineer).
