T.K.S. Holdings Inc., an Ottawa real estate and construction company, pleaded guilty and was fined $50,000 for a violation under the Occupational Health and Safety Act after a partial building collapse. The building and company owner, Tony Shahrasebi, pleaded guilty and was fined $5,000.
